Younus (Jonah)
Surah 10 · Verse 99
And had your Fosterer willed, those who are in the earth would have believed, all of them together. Will you then compel mankind till they become believers?
People believe only when Allah (SWT) makes them to believe. No one can be made to believe by compulsion. If Allah (SWT) had willed He could have made everyone to believe but He has not done so.
