Yousuf (Joseph)
Surah 12 · Verse 43
And the king said, “I see seven fat cows which seven lean ones were consuming, and seven green ears of corn and (seven) others dry. O leaders! explain to me my vision, if you can interpret dreams.”
In the dream of the king, fat and green represented prosperity and thin and dry represented famine. In the dream predestined future was revealed to the king through Prophet Yusuf (PBH) through whom the precaution to be taken was also communicated. Both these things were done by Allah (SWT)
