Al Isra (The Night Journey)
Surah 17 · Verse 105
And We have sent it down in reality and it has come down in reality, and We have not sent you but as a conveyer of good news and a warner.
Human messages are sometimes changed during the process of communication, contrary to this the Quran came down as it was sent down with no change whatsoever
