Al-Furqan (The Distinction)
Surah 25 · Verse 44
Or do you think that the majority of them hears or understands? They are nothing but like cattle, no, they are more astray from the way. (R 4)
Those who do not hear and understand the Quran are worst than the cattle because cattle at least follow the laws of nature layed down for them by Allah (SWT) whereas the infidels go against the laws layed down for them by Allah (SWT) in the Quran.
