Al-Qasas (The Narrative)
Surah 28 · Verse 57
And they say, “If we follow the guidance with you, we will be snatched away from our land.” Have We not established (the Kaaba as) a secure sanctuary for them, to which fruits of all kinds are brought (as) a provision from Us? But the majority of them does not know.
Some people were afraid to accept Islam because of its enemies. Allah (SWT) convences them that He has provided them safety and food in Makkah, it is He Who destroys the towns if people do not accept His message. Therefore instead of preferring the glamour of this world they should prefer the hereafter.
