Al-Qasas (The Narrative)
Surah 28 · Verse 84
One who comes with good, then for him there is (something) better than that, and one who comes with evil, then those who do evil will not be rewarded except for that which they used to do.
The rule for maintaining the score of good and evil is mentioned.
