Ar-Rum (The Romans)
Surah 30 · Verse 31
(Be of) those who turn to Him in repentance and fear Him and establish worship (salat) and do not be of the polytheists,
Orders are given to repent for sins fearing Allah (SWT), to establish Salat, not to be polytheists and not to compartmentalize Islam into sects i.e. all Muslims should be a single community following the Quran and teachings of Prophet Mohammed (PBH).
