Ar-Rum (The Romans)

Surah 30 · Verse 36

And when We make human beings taste mercy, they rejoice in it, and if evil befalls them because of that which their (own) hands have sent forth, then they are in despair.

وَإِذَا أَذَقْنَا النَّاسَ رَحْمَةً فَرِحُوا بِهَا ۖ وَإِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ إِذَا هُمْ يَقْنَطُونَ
