Saba (Saba)
Surah 34 · Verse 23
And no recommendation will be of benefit with Him, except of him whom He will permit. At that point, when horror will be removed from their hearts, they will say, “What did your Fosterer say?” They will say, “The truth.” And He is the High, the Great.
Only those whom Allah (SWT) permits, will be able to recommend to Him for safety of some people. After this recommendation is accepted, then only horror will be removed from their hearts.
