“Allah (SWT) orders that the valuables deposited for safety should be returned to the owners and judgement of disputes should be based on justice i.e. Quran and Hadees. Those whom the devils mislead they refer their disputes to authorities other than the Quran and Hadees. The hypocrites turn away from these sources of correct judgement but they falsely swear that they mean good and reconciliation by referring their disputes to others. Believers are advised to keep away from them and convey the message of Allah (SWT) to them in a manner that could influence their heart. These persons cannot be considered as believers unless they make Muhammed (PBH) as their judge and accept his judgement happily.”
