Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War)

Surah 8 · Verse 23

And had Allah known any good in them, He would have made them to hear and (even) if He had made them to hear they would have turned back and they would have been of those who keep away.

وَلَوْ عَلِمَ اللَّهُ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا لَأَسْمَعَهُمْ ۖ وَلَوْ أَسْمَعَهُمْ لَتَوَلَّوْا وَهُمْ مُعْرِضُونَ
