Ar-Rum (The Romans)
Surah 30 · Verse 29
No, those who are unjust follow their own desires without knowledge. So who can guide him whom Allah leaves to go astray? And they have no helpers.
No one can guide those whom Allah (SWT) has not guided, such unjust people follow the dictates of their desires which are not based on any knowledge.
