Surah 3 · Verse 61
Therefore, if anyone disputes with you in this (affair) after the knowledge which has come to you, then say, “Come! let us call our sons and your sons and our women and your women and ourselves and yourselves, then we will pray humbly and invoke the curse of Allah on the deniers (of truth).”
“A Christian deputation from Najran had come to Madina in 10 tH. They were insisting on the Divinity of Isa (PBH). They were therefore challenged to come along with their women and sons and the Muslims too would come along with their women and sons and invoke the curse of Allah (SWT) on the party which was wrong. The Christians did not turn up so the truth was established that Isa (PBH) is neither God nor son of God and that there is no God except Allah (SWT).”
