An-Nisa' (The Women)
Surah 4 · Verse 105
We have sent down to you the book containing the truth so that you may judge between people through that which Allah has shown to you. And do not be a disputer for those who betray the trust (put in them),
Judgement of disputes is to be based on the Quran. Muslims should not dispute or plead on behalf of betrayers because they are involved in things which Allah (SWT) does not like.
