Surah 7 · Verse 175
Read to them the news of him whom We gave Our signs but he slipped off from it, so the devil followed him up and he became of those who are led astray.
One who leaves off following the Quran and follows his own desire is further mislead by the devil. His example is that of a dog who is unmoved whether you attack it or leave it alone and this is a bad example.
