Al-Anfal (The Spoils of War)
Surah 8 · Verse 59
And do not let those who do not believe suppose that they will win, they certainly cannot defeat (Allah).
Infidels cannot defeat Allah (SWT) Who punishes them through natural calamities or the believers, therefore believers are ordered to be prepared for defending or fighting their enemies, but if they incline towards peace, believers are ordered that they too should offer peace.
