Younus (Jonah)
Surah 10 · Verse 61
And you are not (engaged) in any affair nor do you read about it from the Quran nor do you execute any work but We are Witnesses over you when you are engaged in it. And not (even) the weight of a particle in the earth or in the sky is hidden from your Fosterer and nothing less than that nor greater but it is (recorded) in a clear record.
Every action and everything is recorded in a record, as no one will be able to deny his own actions.
