Al Isra (The Night Journey)

Surah 17 · Verse 93

Or you have a house of gold or you climb into the sky, and we will not believe in your climbing till you bring down to us a book which we could read.” Say, “Glory be to my Fosterer! am I anything but a human (news giving) messenger?” (R 10)

أَوْ يَكُونَ لَكَ بَيْتٌ مِنْ زُخْرُفٍ أَوْ تَرْقَىٰ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَلَنْ نُؤْمِنَ لِرُقِيِّكَ حَتَّىٰ تُنَزِّلَ عَلَيْنَا كِتَابًا نَقْرَؤُهُ ۗ قُلْ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّي هَلْ كُنْتُ إِلَّا بَشَرًا رَسُولًا
